By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the app.
Information We Collect
All Documents Reader is designed to help users open, read, manage, annotate, sign, protect, and interact with supported document files. Depending on the features you use, the app may collect or process the following types of information:
- Device and app information: Package name, app version, device manufacturer, device model, Android version, operating system version, crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data.
- Usage information: App interactions, feature usage, ads shown, purchase status, and general analytics.
- Files and document content: Only when required for features selected by the user, such as opening files, annotating PDFs, protecting PDFs, Chat with Documents, AI summaries, Flashcards, or Quiz Maker.
- AI input and output: Document text extracted from a selected file, user questions, prompts, AI-generated answers, summaries, quiz questions, flashcards, and related results.
- Report information: If you report or flag an AI-generated response, including the report reason, your question, the AI response, file type, app version, device information, and timestamp.
- Purchase information: If you buy a subscription, premium version, or in-app product. Payments are processed through Google Play or other supported payment providers. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
- Advertising and analytics information: Where applicable, may be collected by third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or app service providers.
Document Access and Storage Permission
All Documents Reader may request storage access or file access permission to find, open, read, display, manage, rename, delete, organize, or save supported document files stored on your device.
The app may scan your device storage to locate supported document files, such as PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, and other supported formats.
Your files generally remain on your device unless you choose to use an online feature, such as Chat with Documents, AI summaries, Flashcards, Quiz Maker, cloud-based processing, ads, analytics, purchases, or other app services that require internet access.
PDF Annotation, Signatures, Stamps, and File Tools
The app may allow you to add text, shapes, highlights, drawings, signatures, stamps, and other annotations to PDF files.
When you save changes to a PDF, the updated file may be stored on your device or in a location selected by you.
If the app provides password protection or PDF lock features, the selected file may be modified to apply the protection requested by you. You are responsible for remembering any passwords you set for your documents.
AI Features and Document Processing
All Documents Reader includes optional AI-powered features, including Chat with Documents, AI summaries, AI Flashcards, and Quiz Maker.
- When you choose to use these AI features, the app may extract text or content from your selected PDF or supported document and send that content, along with your question, prompt, or request, to third-party AI service providers for processing.
- This processing is required to generate AI-powered answers, summaries, quiz questions, flashcards, and related results requested by you.
- We do not sell your document content. We do not use your document content to personally identify you. Document content is processed for the purpose of providing the AI feature requested by the user.
- AI-generated answers, summaries, quizzes, and flashcards may not always be accurate. You should review important information in the original document before relying on AI-generated output.
- Depending on the AI service used, your document text, questions, prompts, and generated responses may be processed by third-party AI providers. Their processing may be subject to their own privacy and data handling practices.
AI Response Reports
The app may provide an option to report or flag AI-generated responses.
If you report or flag an AI-generated response, we may collect the report reason, your question, the AI-generated response, file type, app version, package name, device manufacturer, device model, Android version, SDK version, and timestamp. This information is used to review reports, improve app safety, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the AI features.
We do not require users to submit the full original document when reporting an AI response.
Internet Access
Internet access may be required for online features, including:
- Chat with Documents, AI summaries, AI Flashcards, and Quiz Maker
- Advertisements and monetization services
- Analytics and crash reporting
- Remote configuration and security optimizations
- Purchases or subscription verification
- App updates or feature notices
If you do not want document content to be sent for AI processing, do not use Chat with Documents, AI summaries, Flashcards, Quiz Maker, or other AI features that require online processing.
Notifications
The app may request notification permission to send app updates, feature notices, reminders, or important alerts. Notification permission is optional. You can allow, deny, or change notification permissions from your device settings at any time.
Advertising
The app may show ads using third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob or other ad networks.
These services may collect or process information such as device identifiers, advertising ID, app interactions, approximate location, ad interactions, crash data, diagnostics, and other data needed to show, measure, and improve ads. Ad providers may use this information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent, region, device settings, and applicable laws. You can reset or limit your advertising ID from your device settings where available.
Analytics and Crash Reporting

Files stored locally on your device remain under your control. You can delete local files through the app, your file manager, or device storage settings.
AI response reports stored by us may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to review reports, improve safety, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations.
AI processing may be performed through third-party AI service providers or API platforms used by the app, such as AI model providers or routing services. The specific provider may change depending on app configuration and availability.
User Control and Deletion Requests

Please note that we may not be able to delete data controlled by third-party providers, Google Play, ad networks, analytics providers, or AI providers, but we will guide you where possible.
Children’s Privacy
This app is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent where required by law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to review and delete such information where applicable.
Sensitive Documents
Users may choose to open or process documents that contain personal, financial, legal, medical, or other sensitive information. Do not use AI features with sensitive documents unless you understand and accept that extracted text or content from the selected document may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing.
Device Files and System-Generated Files
The app may scan supported document files stored on your device. You may see files created by other apps or by your device system, including TXT or XML files. Delete only files you recognize. Removing unknown files may affect other apps or document access.

The app may contain links to third-party websites, services, ads, or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. You should review their privacy policies before using them.
